Active in the theatrical field since the early 1990s, the association Giullari di Gulliver aims to promote creative expression in the Ticino Canton, addressing audiences of all ages. Within this association, in 2020 the Collettivo This Age was born — a theater project involving 13 young actors aged between 21 and 26 from various parts of Switzerland. Through the expressiveness of physical theater, the collective seeks to address current issues such as environmental and gender topics.
The Majid Foundation helped Camilla Stanga and the Collettivo This Age cover part of the expenses for the scenic and technical materials of “Fosse anche un sogno matto” (“Even if it were a crazy dream”), the Collective’s third production, centered on conspiracy theories and their possible associated risks. “Fosse anche un sogno matto” debuted on February 19, 2022, at the theater of the oratory in Balerna, as part of the theater series Il Botteghino.
