The Majid Foundation will inaugurate “360°,” the new solo exhibition by painter Alexandra von Burg.
The exhibition will be open until 31 July.
The show offers the public the chance to revisit and appreciate the original creative research that made the Ticino artist nationally and internationally renowned, and above all, to admire for the first time works created during the pandemic, still unpublished. Driven by the intent to illustrate and valorize her extraordinary expressive freedom, the Majid Foundation will present a truly vast collection of 130 paintings, enriched by two intriguing and unusual pieces from the artist’s rare ventures into three-dimensionality: the bust-sculpture La Donna del Mare and the limited edition dedicated to I Guerrieri.
